In the heart of our 250 picturesque acres, Dbl D Bar Ranch stands as a testament to the rich tapestry of innovation and tradition within the cattle industry. Established in 1997, our journey began with a simple yet powerful vision: to raise and nurture top-quality Beefmasters that embody both excellence and efficiency. By selecting Beefmasters for their outstanding economic traits, we have committed ourselves to blending the best of breeding practices with sustainable ranching, ensuring that our cattle thrive in harmony with the land.
But our mission goes beyond the boundaries of our ranch. We are passionate advocates for the Beefmaster breed, actively participating in the BBU International Committee to increase global demand and appreciation for this remarkable cattle lineage. Our commitment to fostering connections and understanding in the industry reflects our belief that collaboration and education are key to success.
In 2009, we took a bold step forward by obtaining a USDA grant to introduce Beefmasters to Thailand, opening doors to new markets and forging valuable relationships in international cattle trade. This innovative initiative not only expanded our reach but also served as a springboard for our ambitions in Europe, where we strategically applied the successful Thai model from 2014 to 2025.

DBL D BAR Beefmaster Ranch (Dd)
Breeds livestock with proven premium performance, using our own bloodlines and selected breeders across the USA.
While we primarily focus on natural breeding, we also employ artificial insemination with leading herd sires to selectively cross our dams for high-performance production.
This approach consistently enhances the weight, measurements, carcass traits, and overall classification of our offspring, as well as their Expected Progeny Differences (EPDs).
THE RANCH is based in Austin County, Texas
Our primary ranch operations include a purebred herd and development facilities located in the towns of Industry and New Ulm, Texas, approximately 60 miles west of Houston, and and 14 miles south of Brenham and west of Bellville.
We pride ourselves on maintaining strong support for our customers, offering live cattle, semen, and embryos throughout the U.S. as well as to our international partners in Asia and Europe.
DBL DBAR RANCH Owners
Doyle and Dorothy Sanders, along with their daughter, Sunnie Sidera, are actively involved in the BBU (Beefmaster Breeders United) association.
In 2009, Doyle was elected to the BBU Board of Directors by his peers.
Both Doyle and Dorothy have served on various committees within BBU and AABI, the European Association based in Rome, Italy. Additionally, they have participated in USDA foreign agriculture summits in the UK and the Netherlands.
ON THE RANCH
We regularly support local agricultural youth programs, including the Junior Beefmaster Breeders Association (JBBA).
For several years, our ranch has sponsored youth educational events and hosted field days and Beefmaster Symposiums both at the ranch and internationally in Thailand and Europe.
